4. Content Ownership & Rights

  1. User Content: Business listings, descriptions, logos, images, and other materials uploaded by you remain your property. However, by posting on our platform, you grant UdyogiBazaar.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your listing.

  2. Platform Content: All text, graphics, logos, and software on UdyogiBazaar.com are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior permission.

5. Communication & Notifications

By registering, you agree to receive:

  1. Service-related emails and notifications (listing approvals, updates, etc.).

  2. Promotional communications, newsletters, and offers (you may unsubscribe anytime).

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination & Suspension
