Important: This file is a macro-enabled Excel workbook (.xlsm). Users must open it in Microsoft Excel (desktop) and click Enable Content to use the macros.
Quick preview — what this template does

How to use (short)

  1. Download the file and open in Microsoft Excel (desktop).
  2. When Excel shows a security warning, click Enable Content.
  3. Enter invoice lines under InvoiceData (start row 8). Save the file.
  4. Go to Printable_A4, type your invoice number in cell B4. The page will populate.
  5. Use the Export to PDF button to save the invoice as <InvoiceNo>.pdf in the same folder.
Tip: If users don’t have Excel, convert to Google Sheets (they can make a copy) or use the printable PDF after export.
