1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to operate and improve this website.
a) Information you voluntarily provide
If you contact us via email, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your query. We do not use this for marketing without your explicit consent.
b) Invoice, document, and tool data
All data entered into our invoice generator, quotation maker, receipt generator, and other document tools — including business names, GSTINs, customer details, and line items — is processed entirely in your browser. This data is never transmitted to our servers. The auto-save feature stores a draft only in your browser's localStorage, which is local to your device and cleared when you use the Reset button or clear your browser data.
c) AI OCR Scanner data
When you use the AI OCR Scanner, your uploaded document image is sent to a third-party AI API for real-time processing and data extraction. The image is not stored on our servers or by us. Please review the AI provider's privacy policy for their data handling practices. Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for business processing.
d) Automatically collected technical data
Our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools may automatically log standard technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time of access. This data is used in aggregate form to understand site usage and is not linked to any identifiable individual.

We do not retain your invoice or business data — it is never sent to us. Server logs (IP addresses, page requests) are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and then deleted or anonymised. Support emails are retained for as long as needed to resolve your query and for a reasonable period thereafter.
8. Children's Privacy
UdyogiBazaar is a business tool intended for adults operating or managing a business. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law (including the DPDP Act, 2023), you have the right to:
